RLCS 2024 - Major 2: London

This was my first event in a Lead Player Manager role. On top of helping out with regular Player Management duties where needed over the event, these were some additional responsibilities I had on-site:

• Leading the on-site Player Management team at events

• Having overall responsibility for all player and team movements during all stages of an event

• Acting as the central link between the teams and players, and internal BLAST departments and publishers

• Supporting the execution of media day schedules

• Escalation point for and player and team issues
