RLCS 2021-22 - London Spring Major

The second RLCS Major of the 2021-22 season was held in London, United Kingdom where I was in the role of Player Manager. This was my first event as a Player Manager, having previously been a tournament admin at the previous RLCS LAN. My general responsibilities included:

• Ensuring players and teams fulfill obligations expected of them by EFG and Psyonix during the event. Communicating information out to teams as well as coordinating with various internal teams such as travel or media.
• Assist players and teams through the event, answering and fulfilling their queries where it can be done.
• Making all participants feel welcomed at the event, at all times during the event.
