IEM Road to Rio 2022: American RMR

This was my first Counter Strike event, which brought along it's own set of challenges. Having to adapt to very different tournament workflows, and player/team personalities on the fly. Similar to previous events in this role, my general responsibilities included:

• Ensuring players and teams fulfill obligations expected of them by EFG during the event. Communicating information out to teams as well as coordinating with various internal teams such as travel or media.
• Assist players and teams through the event, answering and fulfilling their queries where it can be done.
• Making all participants feel welcomed at the event, at all times during the event.
