ESL One Birmingham 2024

ESL One Birmingham was my first Dota event. As with previous Player Manager roles, my responsibilities included:

• Ensuring players and teams fulfill obligations expected of them by EFG during the event. Communicating information out to teams as well as coordinating with various internal teams such as travel or media.
• Assist players and teams through the event, answering and fulfilling their queries where it can be done.
• Making all participants feel welcomed at the event, at all times during the event.
